RETURN TERMS

You can return the products you purchased on www.biaswimwear.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your order without stating any reason. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for an exchange or return request.

In order for your return to be processed, you must submit your return request via info@biaswimwear.com You can send your request in writing together with the product to be returned. You should send the product you want to return to the address written on the sender section on the cargo package. The product to be returned and the box, if any, must be undamaged and unused. Returns of products such as swimsuits, bikinis and underwear are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

c) Products damaged by misuse,

d) Products used, fitted or worn within the return period,

e) Gelatin or products that have been opened for once,

f) Earrings for hygienic reasons,

cannot be returned in any way. It is not possible to return or change the products you bought from our website in other stores where our products are sold. Likewise, products purchased from other stores where our products are sold cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated above.

CHANGE CONDITIONS

Within 14 days after receiving the product you ordered, you can return the product unused with its original box, invoice and cargo package. You can e-mail the model, color and size information of the new product you want to change to info@biaswimwear.com or you can send it by phone at +90 (212) 244 18 76. If the supplier covers the return of the product to be exchanged, you must send it to the address written in the sender section on the cargo package with the cargo company to which the order has been sent, with a counter payment. Our company cannot be responsible for the cargo sent to the wrong address.
