Definitions

  • KVKK: The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as identity, address, phone number, email, identification number, driver's license number, passport number, etc.
  • Protection of Personal Data: Safeguarding any information that makes a real person identifiable or determinable.

As Salezoo Danışmanlık Paz. Tic. A.Ş., we prioritize the security of your personal data and process your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in the following ways. Your applications will be processed free of charge within the shortest possible time and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the request incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Under Law No. 6698, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of your data
  • Request deletion or destruction of your data
  • Object to unfavorable outcomes resulting from automatic data processing
  • Obtain a copy of your processed personal data
